I’ve lived and worked as a fitness trainer in my home country, Hungary, and later in Montreal, before moving to my current city, Vancouver, Canada. I’ve always loved helping people stay committed to movement. But after my divorce in 2016, I went through a traumatic period that forced me to rethink not only fitness, but life as a whole. Years of overtraining, combined with unhealthy coping habits like smoking and drinking, eventually showed me that while fitness is important, it’s not enough on its own. True healing also requires nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and learning to move in ways that feel safe and supportive. I now work with people like you—if you’re looking for a more gentle, trauma-informed approach to movement. Maybe you feel burned out by traditional fitness, overwhelmed by “no pain, no gain” culture, or disconnected from your body because of past experiences. You might be dealing with stress, emotional triggers, chronic tension, or even the fear of re-injury, and you want to rebuild strength and confidence without pushing yourself past your limits. Through my trauma-informed personal training, I guide you to move in ways that restore safety, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust in your body—so that fitness becomes more than just exercise. It becomes part of your healing journey.
